City Council meeting canceled
The regularly scheduled June 28 Molalla City Council meeting has been canceled.
The next meeting is set for 7 p.m. Wednesday, July 12 at the Molalla Adult Community Center, located at 315 Kennel Ave. A work session is held before each regularly scheduled meeting at 6:30 p.m.
The public is invited to attend.
Fourth of July delivery, deadlines
Due to the Fourth of July falling on Tuesday — the Pioneer’s typical delivery day — there will be a change to the paper’s delivery, as well as to advertising deadlines.
The paper will be delivered Wednesday morning.
The display advertising deadline for the Saturday, July 1 paper is Wednesday at noon, and the July 5 paper is noon Thursday. The classified advertising deadline for Saturday is noon Thursday, and for July 5, the deadline is noon Friday.
Deadline for editorial content — letters to the editor, kudos, births, obits, etc — for Wednesday’s paper is noon Friday.
