Cindy Tyree held a rally in front of the Clackamas County public services building where the county commissioners meet Thursday morning to announce she was filing a complaint with the Oregon Secretary of State about an informational postcard the board sent out in January about Measures 66 and 67. Approximately 30 people attended the rally.
