Barbara Roesch of Wilsonville has Virginia Willett of Wilsonville sign a petition that would put the $5 annual vehicle registration fee increase on the May ballot that the Clackamas County Commissioners passed last year. The $22 million raised from the fee would go to pay for the Sellwood Bridge, which is in Multnomah County.
