Members of the Oregon National Guard's Civil Support Team approaches a tanker truck leaking hazardous materials as part of a training exercise hosted by Molalla Fire District last Sunday. (The liquid used for the spill was actually water.) Firefighters had sprayed foam around the truck to prevent combustion. Click on the photo to view more.
