Pastor Carl Hansen of Colton Lutheran Church stands with the toilet paper that was collected during his recent installation. TP cannot be purchased with food stamps and is not a commodity that the Oregon Food Bank offers. It will be donated to the Colton Helping Hands Food Pantry.
