Members of Molalla’s first cohort in the Ford Institute Leadership Program hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the newly-completed pavilion at Fox Park on Aug. 5. The group started the pavilion project last summer and raised funds to build it from scratch as their final project for the program.
