Colton resident Stephen Morrison describes Breezy Point (pictured above) in Queens, New York as a “war zone” after Hurricane Sandy and fires ravaged the community the week of Halloween. Morrison has been helping relatives in Breezy Point attempt to salvage their home. Click on the photo to view more.
