A community outcry did not fall on deaf ears.After a board decision to eliminate middle school band and choir and reduce high school drama elicited protest from hundreds of community members, the MRSD Board of Education announced at last Thursday’s meeting that they will reinstate those programs and find other ways to balance next year’s budget.
