Justin Fraijo of Colton digs a line during fire training with Oregon Department of Forestry in the Mt. Hood National Forest. Fraijo, 21, died last Saturday when his rowboat capsized.
The Colton community suffered a tragic loss last weekend when Justin Fraijo drowned in a fishing accident.
