Mulino News for 10/31/12: Farewell to a man who was a hero to many

I had the honor of meeting Bob Epperson 22 years ago when we moved to Mulino. I didn’t get well-acquainted with him until my sons were old enough to be in Cub Scouts and Bob was involved in the local program.
