It took a few games, but the Molalla bats heated up against Banks Saturday as the Indians blew out the Braves 11-0. Of course, they didn’t really need the bats to work, as the Banks pitching staff struggled to find the plate.

If the Molalla boys tennis team is going to see success this season, it’s going to be because of their strong doubles teams.Coach Laurel Roses believes that, while it’ll be tough to compete with some of the teams like La Salle Prep in singles, doubles is where the Indians can find success.

It looks like the Molalla Adult Center will be able to keep its doors open, thanks to Foothills Community Church.The Rev. Dale Satrum, the church’s pastor, said Foothills Community Church plans to serve as the organizational umbrella for the center, and that he is working hard to develop partnerships in the community.
